A few times now I have contacted you guys about the Airgo fan I purchased. Most recently (4-5 months ago), I spent a solid hour of my time filling out one of your surveys. I was enticed a bit by the free t-shirt offered for a response. I thoughtfully and completely answered every question that applied. I wanted to provide solid constructive feedback for your benefit, as well as those of us that use this fan in our industry. I encouraged you to contact me because I felt what I shared was important and an email survey just couldn’t do it justice. If I felt my thoughts and concerns were important to you and were potentially being addressed, I would consider the purchase of another unit. I hoped to talk with you at our trade show, but you did not return this year. So, today I write to say that I am disappointed that none of my attempts to share (what I feel is important information), have been met by anyone that seems to also feel it is important information. Furthermore, after putting forth the effort to provide the feedback you requested, only to have my input disregarded or avoided, it would be nice if you followed through with the t-shirt. I wouldn’t feel so insulted if I didn’t already know that you guys are better than that.
We are unable to properly address your concerns without your contact information. Please send your shipping address and what you remember about the promotion to dburks@bigassfans.com.

Technical information does not include the cfm range that the fan’s work at.
Most ceiling fans are purchased for the cooling effect they provide for occupants. Big Ass Fans measures the air velocity generated by the fans at the floor level (aka the breeze that makes occupants more comfortable), which is a more relevant metric than CFM for most of our customers. If you have an application requiring a specific volume of air to be moved to achieve your goals, we recommend contacting one of our very knowledgeable sales people regarding your unique air movement requirements.

Supremely disappointed! Received your flyer in the mail this morning and was interested in your ‘free coffee mug’ offer… alas, the web address, she is broken. I’ll try back in a few days, but I’d suggest you get IT on that, STAT! Would love a BigAssFans mug!
That was a Big Ass Fail on our part. Please try your address again.

I was fortunate enough to work as an actor with Catnippery Productions & Cineline Productions on your video this past weekend ( I was the “Head Engineer”). Not only do you guys make amazing products, your hospitality is unsurpassed. I was not surprised to see you won a “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” the last 3 years in a row! It was great to meet you!

My name is Mike Nethersole and I am the general contractor on a project where three BAF were purchased from you. The attached e-mail is where you have said these were controllable by the lutron system. The fans have been installed and AC Electric has been making calls regarding the speed control of these fans. Currently we have not had a response from BAF that will accommodate the control of the speed of the fans. I would appreciate a response. This has been going on for quite a while, over 6 months , AC Electric and Lutron have yet to hear anything in response to our query as how we are to accomplish this. The e-mail questioned if it was possible and your response was yes. Now we want to know how it is to be done. I look forward to your quick response. We have contacted many people at your company but there has been silence. Our frustration is growing, and our patience is worn. Thank you.
Hi, Mike. I have forwarded your concerns to our Sales Manager.
