I will also look elsewhere for fans. I really don't understand why pricing isn't available on the website. Scanning through comments has shown to me that this is your niumber one complaint. Doesn't seem to be a very good policy. Some of us do like the point and click way of buying.

I'm a little disappointed there is no sizing or selection guide. You cannot select your own fan for space planning purposes. As an engineer I would prefer to do a preliminary selection myself and finalize with a salesman after I know the project and design is a go ahead.
Big Ass Fans:Thanks for the input. We really do take what you say seriously. We are currently considering ways of offering something like you requested. Typically, there are numerous variables that can affect fan placement and size, such as floor and ceiling obstructions and occupancy. Generalizing this without sending someone down the wrong road can be tricky. We'll do our best to offer something useful. |

Im torn, my phone call got bounced around to three different people for a simple question, which is frustrating. But once I finally got someone they where very helpful
Big Ass Fans:We apologize for bouncing you around. We try to match each caller up with the perfect person to answer their question. Sometimes that can take a few minutes. |

you folks need to post prices, at least MSRP, on our website. Few prospective buyers are foolish enough to supply you with a lot of contact info just to get an idea of the price. No one wants to be bombarded by calls from over zealous sales reps.

As for pricing, if you have to ask, you won't like it. Seriously, if you need one of these, they're the only game, and you have to pony up.
If you're not going to, they don't want to waste your time. The difference in metal building usability (survivability) in a Texas summer is PRICELESS. - 16ft Wickerbill owner |
