Your website is an unusable mess. It also omits some of the most obvious important info, such as graphs comparing your fans to "normal" fans, or clear charts comparing your different fans.

I gave up on the website and tried to phone in. But all I got was a very lengthy hold, with constant yammering that the call "would be answered by the next available agent."

You folks obviously spend energy and money on engineering. But your customer comms and service is in the sewer.

We sincerely apologize for your obvious bad experience. We are always striving to improve our online presence. We will take your comments into consideration during our next site imrpovement. Summer is a very busy time for us. At times we are not always able to accept every call at the time it comes in. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We recently had several of your fans installed in our aircraft hangars. I must say, they move a lot of air. The comfort level of the hangar decks have improved ten-fold.

In regards to your company name, I would have to agree that a name change would probably be good. Might I suggest the following:

Bad Ass Fans
Huge Ass Fans
OMG Ass Fans
These Things Seriously Move-a-lot-of-Air Ass Fans

I could come up with more, but it would take some time.

We're glad your hangar is now more comfortable. That's always our goal. And thanks for the name suggestions. But we think we'll stick with our current one.
only time i have seen your fans they were making a god awful humming. do you offer fans without that feature?

Typically, if you hear a very loud humming from our fans it is attributable to an electrical interference or some other outside issue. Our Commercial and Residential line of fans, Element and Isis, are designed to eliminate noise issues. Their gearless motors and onboard electronics eliminate EMI and RFI and keep these fans running very quiet (less than 40).
