We recently had several of your fans installed in our aircraft hangars. I must say, they move a lot of air. The comfort level of the hangar decks have improved ten-fold.
In regards to your company name, I would have to agree that a name change would probably be good. Might I suggest the following: Bad Ass Fans Huge Ass Fans OMG Ass Fans These Things Seriously Move-a-lot-of-Air Ass Fans I could come up with more, but it would take some time. Thanks! only time i have seen your fans they were making a god awful humming. do you offer fans without that feature?
Big Ass Fans:Typically, if you hear a very loud humming from our fans it is attributable to an electrical interference or some other outside issue. Our Commercial and Residential line of fans, Element and Isis, are designed to eliminate noise issues. Their gearless motors and onboard electronics eliminate EMI and RFI and keep these fans running very quiet (less than 40). |

I gave up on the website and tried to phone in. But all I got was a very lengthy hold, with constant yammering that the call "would be answered by the next available agent."
You folks obviously spend energy and money on engineering. But your customer comms and service is in the sewer.
